Application: Reduce the temperature and pressure of superheated steam from the power plant to deliver lower pressure and temperature steam to the production process in a plastic recycling plant.
Application: Use 4 barg steam mixed with cold water (25°C) through an Instantaneous Jet Heater (IJH) to produce 65°C hot water which is then stored in a hot water tank and pumped to the production process.
Application: Design a heating system for a Dissolver tank using a Half-coil Heating Jacket. A Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) transfers heat from steam to a water and Ethylene Glycol mixture (60:40) to circulate and raise the temperature of the process liquid.
Application: Install a Steam Letdown Package for a Heat up Pipe Jacket and a Mechanical Pump Package for Condensate Recovery.
Application: Recover Flash Steam from the condensate tank back into the low-pressure steam line.
Application: Using Steam Heat Tracing to heat products within pipes to prevent solidification or condensation.
